I feel as if some of the doctors they don't really care even about your health
Receptionist Maureen is extremely rude, unhelpful & unprofessional.I have no problems with the doctors & nurses who work very hard at this surgery but people like 'Maureen' really let the place down on a whole!.
ok doctors. my son burnt his hands and was reffered from the glam after the nurses kept dabbing it and wrapping it back u instead of a gd clean it started to get infected and nothing said. it took 1 good lady doctor see them and to say it wasnt right and refer him to morriston. the rest are ok but needs work and more communication.
Nice reception & facilities but find the doctors lacking in communication & rude. I told them I had 3 ongoing problems one of which was causing me agony. The doctor treated the two minor ones then said my 10 minutes were up. Well why didnt you ask which one I want treated first? Had to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment then.
2 great doctors who really help. 2 nightmare doctors one of who removed essential medication off my son against official guidelines.
